The California Highway Patrol is warning motorists about thick fog in and around San Francisco this morning, CHP officials said.
A fog alert was issued overnight for the Golden Gate Bridge, and shortly before 5 a.m. this morning for the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge, CHP said.
Today’s weather forecast calls for patchy fog throughout the day and through tonight, so foggy conditions around bridges will likely persist throughout the day.
