giants_db017.jpgBaseball is coming back to AT&T Park this evening when the San Francisco Giants host the Oakland A’s for a spring training game.

The 7:35 p.m. game is part of an annual series between the two Bay Area teams in advance of the start of the regular season.

The Giants and A’s will play at AT&T Park today and Wednesday, with a game at Oakland’s Coliseum sandwiched in between on Tuesday.

San Francisco will start its regular season with six road games before returning for its home opener on Friday, April 13, against the Pittsburgh Pirates.

San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency officials are encouraging fans to take public transit to Giants games.

Along with several light-rail and bus lines that stop near AT&T Park, Muni also runs additional “baseball shuttles” on game days to supplement N-Judah and T-Third light-rail service.
