A 17-year-old boy was killed and two other teens were injured in a shooting in San Francisco’s Bayview District on Friday night, police said.

The 17-year-old, identified by the medical examiner’s office as Jaquan Morton, was killed in a shooting reported at 8:46 p.m. on Palou Avenue and Griffith Street.

Morton, a San Francisco resident, and two other victims, ages 18 and 19 17 and 18, were shot by unknown suspects and taken to San Francisco General Hospital by witnesses, according to police.

Morton was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital, while the other two victims were treated for injuries that are not considered life-threatening, police said.

No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting and no suspect information was available as of this morning, according to police.
