sffd_firefighters.jpgFirefighters put out a two-alarm fire at a home in San Francisco’s Castro District Saturday night that caused one person to be hospitalized, a fire dispatcher said today.

The blaze was reported just before 10 p.m. Saturday at 215 Sanchez Street, which is near 15th Street, according to the dispatcher.

The building, which houses apartment homes, was evacuated and one person was sent to a hospital.

Firefighters were able to control the fire in about 20 minutes.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
