policeblotter_sfa.jpgA man was critically injured in a stabbing in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood on Thursday evening, police said.

Officers responded at about 5:20 p.m. to a call of a man bleeding heavily near the intersection of Turk and Hyde streets.

The 57-year-old victim was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries, which are considered life-threatening, according to police.

No arrests had been made in connection with the stabbing as of this morning, police said.
