Remember when the possible closure of Ike’s Place had folks freaking out, due, in part, to their lauded vegan sandwiches? Well, Friday you can try some for free, and get on TV (well, the internet TV) in the process.

SF State’s outpost of Ike’s is set to be featured on livestreamed program Vegan Kitchen TV, and for the episode’s streaming they’re handing out “free VEGAN sandwiches from Ike’s Place for you to taste.”

Regardless of what your dietary orientation, good (free) food is always welcome, especially when it means possibly being discovered.

As Vegansaurus reports, the taping (and the free food) is this Friday, April 27th, from 3pm to 4pm.

Can’t make it to the taping? Watch (and chat) live with the folks at Ike’s here.

What: Ike’s SFSU on Vegan Kitchen TV
