N Line Rail and Street Improvements
From 7 p.m., Friday through 5 a.m., Monday, the SFMTA will continue the track work on the N Judah Line on Duboce Street between Noe and Sanchez streets and sewer and rail replacement work on Carl Street between Arguello and Cole streets. Maintenance of Way track switch replacement will take place on Judah Street between 47th and 48th avenues; the related traffic and parking impacts will be in place from 9 a.m., Friday until 3 p.m. Monday.

Traffic Impacts
Closure of Duboce Avenue between Noe and Steiner streets.
Northbound Noe Street will be closed at Duboce Avenue.
Eastbound Carl Street will be closed between Arguello Boulevard and Willard Street.
Northbound Hillway Street will be closed at Carl Street.
Judah Street between 47th and 48th avenues will require partial lane closures in both directions.
Traffic control officers and police officers will direct traffic at critical intersections.
Street parking will not be available in and around the construction sites.
Temporary bus stops on Frederick Street (two at Cole and one at Stanyan) for the N bus shuttles will require parking removal as will a bus stop on the northeast corner of Market and Church streets and equipment staging on 47th and 48th avenues just south of Judah.
Electronic message signs will be used in affected areas to alert traffic
Local access will be granted and all local businesses will remain open.

Muni Service Impacts
N Judah bus shuttles will operate all weekend between Ocean Beach and Church Street.
The first outbound stop will be on the northeast corner of Market and Church streets **This is a change from last weekend**
From La Playa to Arguello the N buses will follow the regular N Line route.
East of Arguello the N service will re-route around the construction and street closure.
The service will run as an express between Cole and Frederick and Castro and Duboce.
N Owl

N Owl bus service will be rerouted from Carl Street onto Frederick Street.

SFMTA Ambassadors will be in the area to provide information and to assist customers at transfer points.

Black Cuisine Street Festival
On Saturday and Sunday, the 32nd annual Black Cuisine Street Festival fundraising event will take place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Dr. George W. Davis Senior Center and Adult Day Health Center each day.

The following street closures will be required between 2 p.m., Friday and 8 p.m., Saturday:

Yosemite Avenue between Lane and Mendell streets
Lane Street between 3rd Street and Armstrong Avenue
Armstrong Avenue between 3rd and Mandell streets

No Muni service will be affected.

DPW Mission Street Project
On Saturday Mission Street Muni routes, 14 Mission, 14L Mission Limited and 49 Van Ness, will begin their multi-month re-route off of Mission Street and onto South Van Ness to accommodate the DPW Mission Street Pavement Renovation Project, which begins on Monday.

Street Closure for Building Construction
Beginning at 5 a.m., Saturday, two southbound traffic lanes on 10th Street between Market and Mission streets will be closed for building construction work. A full closure of this block will begin at 6 p.m., Saturday and continue through 10 a.m., Sunday. Two southbound traffic lanes will continue to be closed between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., Sunday. All traffic lanes on 10th Street will be re-opened after 5 p.m., Sunday.

During the closure SFMTA traffic control officers will be on site to direct traffic. Motorists travelling in this area are advised to allow extra travel time.

No Muni service will be affected.

North Beach Farmer’s Market Pilot
The North Beach Farmer’s Market Pilot will take place between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Mason Street every Sunday beginning March 4 through May 6.

Powell Street between Columbus and Union streets will be closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.

The 39 Coit Muni Route will be affected.

Athletic Association Event
On Saturday and Sunday the San Francisco Gaelic Athletic Association event will take place at San Francisco Gaelic Fields on Treasure Island and require the closure of Avenue “H” between 11th and 13th streets from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.

The 108 Treasure Island Muni Route will be affected.
