Two suspects held a group of people at gunpoint in a home invasion robbery in San Francisco’s Balboa Terrace neighborhood on Thursday afternoon, police said Friday.

The robbery was reported around 4:45 p.m. Thursday in the 300 block of San Benito Way.

The suspects, two men in their mid 20s, entered through an open door at the rear of the home and held the victims at gunpoint, according to police.

The thieves stole the victims’ wallets, a smartphone, credit cards and cash before fleeing to a waiting vehicle, a blue four-door sedan, police said.

The victims, which included a man and woman in their 80s and six other people, were not injured during the robbery, according to police.

The suspects remain outstanding. Anyone with information about the case is encouraged to call the Police Department’s anonymous tip line at (415) 575-4444 or send a tip by text message to TIP411.
