shooting_nighttime.jpgOne person was shot in the foot while getting off a San Francisco Municipal Railway train in the city’s Oceanview neighborhood on Sunday night, police said.

The victim was getting off the M Oceanview in the 300 block of Plymouth Avenue at 7:19 p.m. when he heard shots. The victim then realized he had been shot in the foot, Officer Albie Esparza said.

The victim saw several suspects fleeing the scene in a gray vehicle, Esparza said.

The victim was transported to San Francisco General Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
