policeblotter_sfa.jpgA man robbed a bank in San Francisco’s Inner Sunset neighborhood on Tuesday morning, police said today.

The robbery was reported around 11 a.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of Irving Street, which is between 8th and 9th Avenues.

The suspect, a man in his 40s, approached a bank teller and simulated that he had a gun while demanding money, according to police.

The teller complied, handing over an undisclosed amount of cash to the suspect, who ran out of the bank and has not been found, police said.

No one was injured in the robbery.
