Nearly all of the PG&E customers who lost power in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood this evening have had their power restored, a utility spokesman said.
The outage, which was reported shortly after 5 p.m., initially impacted about 2,940 customers, PG&E spokesman J.D. Guidi said.
As of 6:40 p.m., the number of customers affected by the outage was down to two, Guidi said.
The cause of the outage is under investigation.
