A man was shot multiple times while cleaning his car in San Francisco’s Bayview District on Wednesday morning, police said.
The shooting was reported at about 8:30 a.m. in the first block of Dedman Court.
The 28-year-old victim was cleaning the car when three suspects approached and began shooting, according to police.
The man was hit multiple times in the arm and leg by the gunfire. He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for his injuries, which are not considered life-threatening, police said.
The suspects, described as being in their early to mid-20s, ran away and have not been found. Anyone with information about the shooting is encouraged to call the Police Department’s anonymous tip line at (415) 575-4444 or send a tip by text message to TIP411.
