The Safeway Holiday Ice Rink in Union Square, which has been open since early November, will close for the season at 11:30 p.m. today.
San Francisco’s other outdoor ice skating rink, the Holiday Ice Rink at the Embarcadero Center, closed Jan. 8.
San Jose’s downtown ice rink will remain open until Jan. 29.
