BART trains experienced 10- to 15-minute delays on the Fremont line in both directions this afternoon due to a medical emergency.
A person had a seizure on the train at the Fruitvale station in Oakland and was removed by medical personnel, causing delays, said BART spokesman Jim Allison.
The incident was resolved shortly after 1 p.m. and service should be returning to normal shortly, Allison said.
