A 19-year-old man who was fatally shot in San Francisco’s Bayview district on Saturday evening has been identified as Treyvon Butler, according to the medical examiner’s office.
Officers were dispatched to a reported shooting at the first block of Carr Street at around 4:50 p.m., police said.
Arriving police found Butler, a San Francisco resident, suffering multiple gunshot wounds.
He was declared dead at the scene.
