police-light-bar1.jpgThe California Highway Patrol is investigating a four-car crash on the Golden Gate Bridge Monday afternoon that left two passengers with minor injuries and closed all northbound lanes for 30 minutes.

Around 4 p.m. Monday, Rohnert Park resident Jesse Sims, 29, was driving northbound along the bridge’s mid-span when he crashed into a Lexus driven by 74-year-old Joseph Lagomarsino of Sutter Creek, according to a CHP statement.

That propelled the Lexus into another car driven by a 16-year-old San Rafael boy, and his car into the vehicle in front of him.

A 61-year-old Sutter Creek woman riding in the Lexus suffered a wrist fracture and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The 16-year-old driver was treated at Marin General Hospital for complaints of neck pain, according to the CHP.
