policeblotter_sfa.jpgA man had his gold necklace stolen at knifepoint by two men in San Francisco’s Mission District on Wednesday afternoon, police said.

The robbery was reported at about 3:45 p.m. in the 3000 block of Mission Street.

As the 45-year-old victim was approached from the front by a suspect who took out a knife, another suspect came from behind and snatched the man’s necklace, according to police.

The suspects, two men in their 30s, fled and are still at large, police said this morning.

The victim was not injured in the robbery.
