christmas-cats.jpgWinter is almost upon us and the SF SPCA needs your help in making sure the holidays are happy ones for their adorable and adoptable cats and dogs. Now a more than 25 year long tradition, the Macy’s in Union Square is letting the SFPCA use their main windows to attract potential pet owners, as animals will be frolicking in them.

The SF SPCA needs volunteers for that display, from November 18th through January 1st from around 9:30am to 9pm.

Shifts last 2 to 2.5 hours within that time span and can include such tasks as greeting the public, collecting donations, and directing people to the SF SPCA adoption center inside Macy’s.

For more information, visit the SFSPCA website at www.sfspca.org.

To register as a volunteer, head to www.sfspca.org/holiday, call (415) 554-3008, or email windowsvolunteer@sfspca.org.
