BART is experiencing 20-minute delays this afternoon because of an earlier equipment problem.
The delays are affecting East Bay-bound trains on BART’s Daly City line.
The problem originated with a single train that has since been taken out of service.
A BART dispatcher said at 1:38 p.m. that the residual delays should dissipate soon because the affected trains have reached the end of their respective lines.
