policeblotter_sfa.jpgA woman was shot in the foot in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill neighborhood early Saturday morning but the investigation stalled when the victim would not cooperate with officers, police said today.

The shooting was reported at 4:51 a.m. near the intersection of 25th and Connecticut streets.

Officers arrived to find the wounded 30-year-old victim. She would not provide any information to investigators and was taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for her injuries, which are not life-threatening, according to police.

Police have not been able to locate any witnesses to the shooting. Anyone with information about the case is encouraged to call the Police Department’s anonymous tip line at (415) 575-4444 or send a tip by text message to TIP411.
