La Cocina’s 3rd annual San Francisco Street Food Festival will be held on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the Mission District.

The following street closures will be required:

6 p.m., Friday through midnight, Saturday:
Folsom Street between 22nd and 26th streets

Saturday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.:
24th Street between South Van Ness Avenue and Harrison Street

The following Muni routes will be affected:

12 Folsom
48 Quintara
67 Bernal Heights

Alamo Square Flea Market
The 28th annual Alamo Square Flea Market will take place on Saturday in Alamo Square Park from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The following street closures will be required between 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday:

Scott Street between Hayes and Fulton streets
Grove Street between Scott and Divisadero streets
Intersection: Grove Street at Scott Street

There will be no impact on Muni service.

49ers Football Game
The San Francisco 49ers will host their first home pre-season game on Saturday against the Oakland Raiders starting at 5 p.m. at Candlestick Park.

Motorists should expect delays on all bridges and freeways leading into San Francisco for at least two hours before the start of the game and for at least two hours after the end of the game. Fans attending the games are encouraged to take public transportation.

Tri-California Triathlon
On Sunday at 7 a.m. the Tri-California Triathlon will commence with a swim from Alcatraz to the St Francis Yacht Club. Participants will then bike into the Presidio, along the Great Highway, through Golden Gate Park, back to the Marina for a run to Baker Beach and back to the Marina Green for the finish. The bicycling section of the route will affect Muni service. A crowd of 1,500 participants is expected at this event.

All streets along the course will be closed from 7 to 11 a.m., see a map of the closures here.

The following Muni routes will be affected:

18 46th Avenue
23 Monterey
29 Sunset
38 Geary
