policeblotter_sfa.jpgOfficers recovered two guns in San Francisco’s Bayview District when they responded to an incident that disrupted rush hour transit Tuesday evening, police said.

Police responded to Palou Avenue and Third Street at around 5:10 p.m. on reports of a person with a gun.

Officers recovered two guns from the ground and detained several people. No arrests had been made of 6:30 p.m., according to police.

The incident briefly disrupted San Francisco Municipal Railway bus service as well as service on the T-Third light rail line.
