Monday night at 11:22pm, police responded to reports of shots being fired on the 500 block of Webster St. in Hayes Valley. When they got to the scene, they found a man in his 20s who had been shot in the head. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim’s name has not been released. No arrests have been made, and no other details of the shooting were available this morning, police spokesman Officer Albie
