The jury in the perjury trial of Barry Bonds in San Francisco recessed for the day at about 3:45 p.m. today without reaching a verdict.
Jurors will return for a third day of deliberations at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The former San Francisco Giants slugger is accused of lying when he told a federal grand jury in 2003 that he had never received steroids or human growth hormone from his trainer, Greg Anderson, and had never been injected by Anderson.
