muni_generic.jpg12:57 AM: According to the Golden Gate X-Press, police, Muni, and a tow truck have removed the a truck that was blocking the M-Ocean View Muni line, and normal service has resumed.

The Penske rental truck, which they say hindered “students’ attempts to leave campus on the first day of school,” got stuck after it swerved “between the M-line track and 19th Avenue, south of Holloway Avenue in front the HSS and Science building.”

11:40 AM: Service on San Francisco Municipal Railway’s M-Ocean View line has been disrupted this morning by a truck on the light-rail tracks.

Muni spokesman Paul Rose said a rental truck blocked the tracks at 19th and Holloway avenues at about 10:45 a.m.

The M-Ocean View line has been rerouted and shuttle buses have been set up, Rose said.
