The rain is forecast to grow heavier as night descends, and winds will kick up to 20 to 30 mph tonight. Lows in the mid 40s and variable winds are expected.

Drier weather is expected Wednesday, with mostly cloudy to partly cloudy skies, although scattered showers are also in the mix. Highs around 50 and northwest winds of 20 to 30 mph are anticipated.
