bart_generic1.jpg11:40 AM: Passengers traveling on BART trains through downtown San Francisco faced minor delays for a couple of hours this morning due to an equipment problem, a dispatcher said.

The problem was reported around 9 a.m. on the tracks through downtown on the San Francisco International Airport, Millbrae, and Daly City lines, the dispatcher said.

Passengers were delayed by up to 10 minutes between the Embarcadero and 16th Street Mission stations, she said.

The problem was cleared up and normal service resumed by around 11 a.m., the dispatcher said.

10:19 AM: BART is experiencing delays of up to 10 minutes through downtown San Francisco due to an equipment problem, a dispatcher said.

The problem was reported around 9 a.m. on the tracks through downtown on the San Francisco International Airport, Millbrae, and Daly City lines, the dispatcher said.

Passengers can expect delays between the Embarcadero and 16th Street/Mission stations, she said.
