pg&e_bulb.jpgAn outage knocked out power to more than 6,000 PG&E customers in San Francisco this evening, a spokeswoman said.

Power outages were reported on Chestnut Street between Buchanan and Franklin streets at about 6:10 p.m., PG&E spokeswoman Jana Morris said.

All customers had their power restored at about 7:30 p.m.

The cause of the outages was unknown as of 8 p.m., but Morris said it was storm-related.
