fell down on Church Street at around 11 a.m., Muni spokesman Paul Rose said,
affecting inbound and outbound trains for nearly two hours.

Substitute shuttles temporarily transported passengers around the affected areas.

    this is not the first time this has happened in recent years, and it’s indicative of how Muni has failed to make good on its billions of dollars in maintenance it has delayed.
