11:25am: A man was sleeping in bed in the 100 block of Gateview when he was reportedly awoken by two other men. The two men allegedly robbed the man at knifepoint and bound him with duct tape. There were no arrests and minor injuries.

5:45pm: A man went into a hotel room with a woman on the 2200 block of Mission St. and was reportedly robbed at knifepoint. The woman then allegedly cut the man. One arrest was made and there were minor injuries.

12:00pm: A man was walking on the 1200 block of Hollister when four other men reportedly pushed him to the ground, ripped off his necklace, and took things from his backpack. The men fled the scene on foot where police recovered the stolen items near the scene. No arrests have been made and there were no injuries.

10:00pm: A man was walking down the 900 block of Mission St. when he was approached by two men who reportedly stole his cell phone. No arrests have been made and there were no injuries.

Tuesday, 8/31/10

3:52am: A man was walking on the 900 block of Post St. when three men approached him and reportedly attacked him. One of the men allegedly hit the back of the victim’s head while another stole his cell phone. No arrests have been made and there were non-life threatening injuries.

4:35am: A man was on the corner of Golden Gate and Leavenworth when three other men approached him and reportedly knocked him to the ground, then punched and kicked him. The men allegedly took the victim’s cell phone and wallet. No arrests have been made and there were non-life threatening injuries.

8:20am: A woman was walking near the corner of Sussex and Castro when a man reportedly stole her purse. The man then allegedly stole her cell phone. No arrests have been made and there were no injuries.

2:58pm: Two people were towing a man’s vehicle from the 100 block of Sargent when they got into an altercation with the man right as the truck was leaving. The man then reportedly attacked one of the tow truck workers, then told them there were explosives in his vehicle. Units responded and determined that there were no explosives. One arrest was made and there was one non-life threatening injury.

5:30pm: A woman left her apartment on the 600 block of Sutter unlocked and when she returned, reportedly noticed that the door was locked and her laptop and chargers were missing. The woman’s roommate allegedly saw the suspects, who claimed to know the woman, then fled the apartment. No arrests have been made and there were no injuries.

11:00pm: A woman was walking near Gough and Market St. when a man reportedly stole her purse. No arrests have been made and there were no injuries.

Wednesday 9/1/10

2:00pm: A man was sleeping in bed on the 1400 block of Valencia when he woke up and reportedly noticed that someone had kicked in his back door and stolen two laptops. No arrests have been made and there were no injuries.

7:20pm: A woman was walking on the 700 block of Valencia when two men approached her and reportedly stole her cell phone. No arrests have been made and there were no injuries.

10:15pm: A man was waiting at a bus stop on the corner of Van Ness and Bay when 6-7 men reportedly jumped him. No arrests have been made and the victim sustained non-life threatening injuries.

10:30pm: A man was parked in front of his house on the 1600 block of Kirkwood when a woman reportedly entered his car, brandished a can of pepper spray, and demanded the man’s cash and cell phone. The man then complied and the woman fled the scene. No arrests have been made and there were no injuries.

11:55pm: A woman was about to enter her house on the 600 block of Chestnut when two men reportedly approached her from behind and stole her purse. No arrests have been made and there were no injuries.

Thursday, 9/2/10

12:45am: Two men approached another man from behind on the corner of Taylor and Broadway and reportedly robbed him at gunpoint. No arrests have been made and there were no injuries.

1:04am: A man approached a woman in the Twin Peaks parking lot and reportedly stole her purse. the woman struggled to retain it and received minor injuries. No arrests have been made and there were non-life threatening injuries.

3:20am: A man was talking on his cell phone on the corner of Geary and Van Ness when another man approached him and reportedly hit the man in the head, then stole the victim’s cell phone. The victim chased after the man and police then responded. The cell phone was recovered, one arrest was made and there was one non-life threatening injury.

3:50am: Two men reportedly shoved another man against a wall on the corner of Waller and Pierce and then brandished a knife, demanding the man’s property. The suspects allegedly punched the man in the face, took his property, kicked him, and ran. No arrests were made and there were non-life threatening injuries.

6:15pm: A man was walking near the corner of Mission and 18th St. when another man got into an argument with him and reportedly stabbed the man. No arrests have been made and there was one non-life threatening injury.

7:05pm: A man was sitting on the corner of Mission and 16th St. when another person reportedly struck the left side of his face. No arrests have been made and there was one non-life threatening injury.

10:50pm: A man was reportedly knocked unconscious on the corner of Capitol and Holloway by four other people. There were no arrests and there was one non-life threatening injury.

Friday, 9/3/10

2:43am: Two women reportedly got into a fight on the 600 block of Larch St. A man tried to break it up but was then allegedly hit over the head with a glass bottle. The women then continued to fight and one of them reportedly fell to the ground and hit her head on the broken pieces of bottle. An arrest has been made and there were non-life threatening injuries.

4:28am: A man was reportedly stabbed by another man on the corner of Hyde and McAllister. The suspect then allegedly stole his wallet. No arrests have been made and there was one non-life threatening injury.
