Michael Little, 30, was arraigned this morning on one count of murder with the use of a deadly weapon for allegedly stabbing Joseph Swim, 33, once in the chest in Buena Vista Park at about 10 a.m. on July 27.

He was arrested later that day in Golden Gate Park.

According to police and prosecutors, the two had been drinking with three others at the top of the park, located in the Haight-Ashbury neighborhood.

Little and Swim began arguing over a woman and Little allegedly stabbed Swim, police and prosecutors said.

Little remains in custody on $1 million bail. He is due back in court Sept. 2.
