9:10 PM A man was reportedly shot by another man in the arm and chest area in front of his home on the 1700 block of McKinnon Avenue. The suspect fled the scene and the victim was transported to the General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No arrests were made.

10:38 PM Four men reportedly approached a man on the 700 block of Jerrold Avenue. One suspect with a gun allegedly knocked the victim to the ground and took his possessions. A cell phone and cash was lost. No arrests or injuries were reported.

Wednesday, 8/4/10
2:15 AM A man on Bowling Green Dr. and Middle Dr. was reportedly stabbed in the back twice by another man from behind. The victim had no life-threatening injuries and reported that his backpack was taken. No arrests were made.

2:55 AM A man was found on the ground at Jones and Post St. with a stab to his arm and upper leg. The victim was reportedly intoxicated and could not remember what happened except for being in a fight. A witness saw two females allegedly fighting the victim, but never saw a knife or stabbing. The victim is being treated for non-life threatening injuries. No arrests were made.

2:55 AM A man was reportedly struck in the head with a wooden board by another man on the 200 block of 13th St. Two other men reportedly punched and kicked the victim repeatedly. All suspects fled the scene and the victim was transported to the General Hospital with no critical injuries. No arrests were made.

Thursday, 8/5/10
10:52 PM A man was reportedly hit by a car on Van Ness and Broadway. The vehicle fled the scene and the victim was sent to the General Hospital with life threatening injuries. No arrests were made.

11:59 PM Two men reportedly attempted to rob a female on the 100 block of Marlin Ct. The victim was an on duty Federal IRS agent and shot the suspect, who is now in custody at the General Hospital with non life-threatening injuries. The victim was unharmed.
