Hey, you! Yes you, the woman who walks around in a tight miniskirt and three-inch heels in the thick San Francisco fog every day! Would you like an opportunity to parade around an arena in a similarly skimpy outfit for a basketball team that hasn’t won an NBA championship in 35 years and have men ogle and objectify your body–and get PAID?

If so, then the auditions for the Warrior Girls, the “dance team” (aka cheerleading squad) of the Golden State Warriors, might just be for you.

Auditions will begin at 8:00am sharp on Saturday, July 24 at ClubSport of San Ramon. The process will carry out over a period of several days before the finalists are announced on the team’s website on Friday, July 30.

The only qualifications are that you have a high school diploma (or equivalent G.E.D), be 18 years of age by October 1 and have some previous background in dance. The website advises that you wear dance or tennis shoes, a “form-fitting” sport top (aka something akin to a sports bra), boy shorts and makeup. Applicants are required to bring a headshot and dance resume, as well.

So if you’ve always dreamed of playing out your “Bring It On” fantasies, here’s your opportunity.

And a note to the Warriors organization: after you find your perfect, perky bunch of Warrior Girls, do us Warriors fans a favor and find us a front office that can put together a winning season, okay?
