The small yet satisfying Treasure Island Music Festival released its 2010 lineup earlier this week, and it’s got a similar build to last years’. San Francisco’s most picturesque concert is just two days, October 16 and 17, but it’s a worthy late year fix for all the music festival junkies out there. One day tickets start at $67.50 and two day passes at $119.50, “early bird two day” passes can be picked up for $99.99. Get them here!

The scheduled acts for Saturday the 16 are more dance oriented, yielding more synthesizers than guitars. New York’s LCD Soundsystem (whose latest album received praise-like reviews) is advertised as the main act on Saturday, supported by DeadMau5, the Canadian mouse-masked trance/house DJ. Both of those acts were main names on the Coachella bill earlier this year, and each headlined other festivals all over the nation during the last 6 months.

On Sunday, the festival goes for a more laidback feel. Belle and Sebastian, the 90’s indie legends from Scotland, and American indie band The National are the set headliners for that day. The mellow vibe that’s produced on Sunday gives the perfect opportunity to rest your feet from the night before.
