sfpd_squad.jpgA 22-year-old man was carjacked at gunpoint early this morning atop San Francisco’s Twin Peaks, police said.

According to police, two men in their early 20s approached the victim just after 1 a.m. and demanded his car keys.

One of the men pulled out a handgun and assaulted the victim, police said. The men then fled in the victim’s vehicle.

The victim suffered minor injuries.

No arrests have been made in connection with the carjacking.

    What anyone was doing at Twin Peaks last night is anyone’s guess. The visibility up there was 20 feet at the most. My trip at midnight to see the lights of the city was ruined by the fog.
