Caitlin McMahon was home for the weekend from a rehab center in Utah, according to police. She left her home in the upper Market Street area at about 9:40 p.m. Sunday and has not been in contact with her parents since.

McMahon suffers from depression and takes prescription medication, police said. She has attempted suicide numerous times in the past, and her parents believe she is suicidal. She left home without her medication.

She is known to be a heavy drinker and does not have her ID on her, according to police.
McMahon is described as white with a light complexion, 5 feet 3 inches tall and 130 pounds. She has green eyes and brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and carrying a black and white checkered tote bag.

She has a tattoo on her left forearm that says, “This too shall pass,” and a tattoo on her right shoulder that says “West Cost (sic).”

She is known to frequent various parks in San Francisco and Daly City.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call the San Francisco police crime intelligence center at (415) 553-1071.
