tlonbart.jpgBART riders should prepare for service disruptions and delays of up to 10 minutes in both directions this weekend: this Sunday, June 6th, BART will be shutting down one of its tracks at the Balboa Park Station in order to do construction work.

Part of the station will also be closed off, meaning that boarding will only take place on the southern portion of the platform. Construction crews are hard at work on an extension of the current mezzanine in order to create a new west side entrance.

Also being affected is the Dublin/Pleasanton line, which will only run to the 24th Street/Mission Station. As always, plan accordingly.
