On May 21, some of the Bay Area’s leading thinkers will be converging at TEDxSoMa to deliver the 10 minute presentation of their lives. We’ll hear from the likes of Nicole Lazzro, founder of the first player experience design company XEODesign, and Pankaj Kedia, who delivers Intel silicon to market in the form of mobile Internet devices.
TEDxSoMa is the “daughter” of TED, the host of riveting talks by remarkable people, and the “sister” of all other TEDx events, self-organized gatherings that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. As all TED and TEDx events hope to do, TEDxSoMa intends to dare, inspire, entertain, and marshal like-minded innovationists, helping us all think beyond our own experiences and deepen our connection with the wider world. In other words, TEDxSoMa is designed to:
