Police found a man fatally shot in the head in a car in San Francisco’s Bayview District this morning, an officer said.
At about 7 a.m., officers were flagged down in the area of La Salle Avenue and Ingalls Street, San Francisco Police Department Officer Samson Chan said.
They were told there was an unconscious person in a vehicle nearby. The officers found a man in his 20s dead with one gunshot wound to the head in a Honda Civic at La Salle Avenue and Ingalls Street.
No one has been arrested.
The death is being treated as a homicide, Chan said.
