I know being San Franciscans y’all think of John Cameron Mitchel’s film of vibrating panties and sex clubs when you read “Short Bus,” but that’s not what we’re talking about here. My Baby Rides the Short Bus is an anthology dealing with kids with disabilities and the parents who raise them. Tonight, a handful of the contributors will share their stories about raising their younguns in an ableist world.
