San Francisco police today are looking for a 63-year-old woman who went missing from her senior care home on Wednesday.

Pearlie Balinton suffers from dementia, lung caner and high blood pressure, according to police.

She went missing from her home on Fifth Avenue and needs to take her medication.

Balinton is an African American woman, 5 feet 1 inch tall and about 140 pounds. She was last seen wearing a light blue jacket and brown pants.

She carries a cane and likes to frequent the intersection of Silver and Mission streets; 722 Sweeney St.; and the area of Seventh Avenue and Irving Street.

Balinton does not know how to get home but does know her address, police said.
