muni_generic.jpg9:17 AM: True says the accident cleared and the N returned to normal service at 9 AM.

8:26 AM: MTA spokesperson Judson True has alerted the media that as of 7:55 this morning, regular N Judah service has been disrupted due to a (he hastens to add) non-Muni accident near Irving and Arguello that’s, presumably, blocking the tracks.

Shuttle buses are serving passengers in both directions between Carl and Hillway and Judah and 19th. So if you’re coming or going to/from the Outer Sunset from/to downtown, that’s two transfers, which will probably make your commute lengthier than it usually is. Plan accordingly!
