The holidays are an especially tense time for vegans, vegetarians, and those who entertain them — as Katie Doze, the newly minted vegetarian who suggested to topic of today’s show said “the holidays are all about meat,” which can make them rough on both those who choose not to eat it, and those who are dining with them.

It can be a minefield for everyone involved, so SFist‘s Brock Keeling and I’ve invited Chronicle Multimedia Producer and Vegansarus contributor Zoe Stagg to come help us navigate these very fraught waters.

We’ll be talking with her at 4, and we hope you’ll join us for what is sure to be a fun discussion. Pro tip: Want to comment during the show using your internet name instead of justin.tv’s default? You can choose a chat username at any time (even now!) by clicking on the ‘gears’ icon in the upper-right corner of the chat window, and be known by your favorite cyberspace moniker.
