Seniors with dementia will give the San Francisco Rescue Mission more than 230 toys Monday morning that they made for underprivileged children across the Bay Area.

“They have spent the last few months making everything from wooden cars, to painted bears, snakes, puzzles, and other toys for local kids,” said Constance Hunt, the community enrichment coordinator at AgeSong Laguna Grove.

This will be AgeSong’s third year making toys for the holidays. They will be distributed during a 10 a.m. ceremony on Laguna Street that will include music and holiday festivities.
