6:47 PM: A power outage in San Francisco that affected around 600 PG&E customers Wednesday night has been resolved, a utility spokesman said.

The outage was first reported at around 7 p.m. in the Russian Hill, Nob Hill and Ghiradelli Square neighborhoods, PG&E spokesman J.D. Guidi said.

PG&E crews determined that an equipment failure caused the disruption.

Power was restored by about 4:30 a.m. and there are currently no customers without power in San Francisco.

1:20 AM: A power outage in San Francisco is affecting around 600 PG&E customers this morning, a utility spokesman said.

The outage was first reported at around 7 p.m., PG&E spokesman J.D. Guidi said, and it is continuing to affect customers in the Russian Hill, Nob Hill and Ghiradelli Square neighborhoods.

PG&E crews have determined that an equipment failure caused the disruption in power and are working to fix the problem.

Guidi said power is expected to be fully restored by about 4:30 a.m.
