This is probably a little too inside blogball for most of y’all (and good for you if it is), but basically there’s a Berkeley J-School website called Mission Local and a non student website called Mission Mission, they’re both about the Mission but you probably prefer one over the other, in the same way you either like the Beatles or Elvis but probably not both.

Anyway, the guy who runs Mission Mission just made this absofuckinglutely hilarious video and posted it on his site. And that is probably more exposition that anyone who cares needs, and anyone who doesn’t care isn’t reading by now. We’ll just say this: It’s funny because it’s true.

I was wondering when something like this would happen. To be honest, I thought it woulda happened by now.

It’ll be interesting to see how long Mission Local lasts when the grant/j-school money runs out. This whole era will be fondly remembered as the Time of Free Money And No Business Plan….
