Now that Thanksgiving is over, the Christmas season can fully commence. Huzzah for baby Jesus! Head to Union Square to witness the tree lighting ceremony. This year the event will include:
live music from American Idol’s Anoop Desai, Glide Ensemble and the San Francisco Boys Chorus, a sneak peak performance of Cirque de Soleil’s new show, OVO and of course Santa Claus leading a spirited countdown until the flipping of the switch to turn on the tree.
