AlertSF tells us:

Caltrans has indicated that the Bay Bridge repairs may be complete in the next few days, however, they are also stating that the bridge will NOT be open for the Monday morning commute. All communters (sic) should continue to use alternate forms of transportation and routes and to expect delays. Allow for extra time to complete your commute and avoid congested areas if at all possible.

511 has yet to confirm this on their site, however, they do say that

BART will NOT provide overnight service tonight (Sunday night to Monday morning).

BART will start service Monday morning at the regular time.

In the event that the bridge remains closed on Monday, November 2, BART will continue to run longer trains and increased transbay service between Concord and Montgomery stations.
