It’s Mummy Night over at the de Young, where you can groove to live jazz courtesy of John Santos and his Sextet, learn how to make funeral masks, and listen to a lecture on the world’s fascination with embalmed carcasses. Visiting the galleries will cost you, but the events in the public spaces are free.
