This Zine Fest is all the rage. Remember zines? They’re these cool, grassroots, not-for-profit small publications that have cool stories, useful writings, and artwork. The Fest allows attendees to buy zines, delight in love for all things zinesque, and share zine-related skills.
Workshops and events include how to lead a good interview, DIY distribution and screenprinting, how to start up, comics, and gouache painting. On Friday evening, auto-bio comic creators will read from their work. Saturday night features an afterparty at Amnesia.
